Domestic (US) shipping: Flat fee of $15.00 for orders totaling less than 200 USD. Free shipping for orders totaling over 200 USD. Orders will be processed and shipped within 48~72 hours. Depending on the location, it may take between 3 to 5 business days for delivery.
International shipping: Flat fee of $40.00 for orders totaling less than 300 USD. Free shipping for orders totaling over 300 USD. Orders will be process and shipped within 48~72 hours. Depending on the location, it may take between 5 to 10 business days for delivery.
Please take note that the shipping fees do not include any taxes, duties and/or vat that may be required by the laws of your country. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to pay these additional fees.
Clu insures each purchase during the time it is in transit, until it is delivered to the specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point, the responsibility for your purchased goods passes on to you. If you have specified a different delivery address than your billing address and/or a recipient who is not you (for example, a gift), then you accept that evidence of a signature is proof of delivery and Clu has fulfilled all responsibility for your purchase.
A signature can be waived for domestic orders. When placing an order, the signature requirement is set by default. If you waive the signature requirement, you agreed Clu does not bear any responsibility for the delivery of your order. Without the signature requirement, the purchaser agrees that the delivery is complete without obtaining a signature for proof of delivery. The purchaser releases and indemnifies Clu from liability for any loss or damage that may result from delivering the order without obtaining a signature.
Clu will gladly exchange regular, full priced items that are in their original condition for another size. All sales items are final and are not exchangeable nor returnable. Items that have the tags cut off or have been worn, used, or washed will not be accepted. Clu will accept exchanges within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Please email us at Info@Cluusa.com with the request for the change in size. If accepted, Clu will email you an authorization form and an UPS return sticker. The return package must be postmarked within 14 days of the authorization form. If another size is not available, the returned item will be refunded to the original form of payment. Please note that packages and returns will not be accepted after the 14 day period.
After Clu receives, processes and confirms that your returned item meets the return policy requirements, you will receive an e-mail notifying you that your refund has been processed. Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 working days of Clu receiving the return. Refunds will be credited back to the same form of payment used to make the original purchase. Credit for the return will depend on your credit card company’s policies.
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact our customer service at Info@Cluusa.com. We will gladly arrange a return and issue you a return authorization form. Where possible, we reserve the right to repair that faulty item. If the item cannot be repaired and the same item is not available, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price for that item. Damaged items must be in their original condition. Items that have the tags cut off or have been worn, used, or washed, will not be accepted. Damaged items Clu deems that are not due to production issues will not be accepted. Clu must receive the returned item within 14 day of the authorization form to be processed.
Clu is happy to offer a sale price adjustment on full priced items purchased up to 7 days prior to the commencement date of a sale. Please be aware that the exact style, colour, and size of your item must be available for purchase at the time of your price adjustment request. All approved sale price adjustments will be credited to your Clu account in the form of a store credit which will be valid for 12 months.
We are unable to provide price adjustments on items originally purchased in a sale or on any special promotion items. Once an item has been purchased at a discounted sale price, no price adjustments will be offered should the item be further marked down.
