RETURNS FOR DAMAGED ITEMS ONLY

·         PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL SALES ARE FINAL. HOWEVER, IF YOU SHOULD RECEIVE AN ITEM THAT IS DAMAGED, PLEASE CONTACT OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE AT INFO@CLUUSA.COM AND WE WILL GLADLY ARRANGE A RETURN AND ISSUE YOU A RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM (RAF). WHERE POSSIBLE, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REPAIR THE FAULTY ITEM. IF THE ITEM CANNOT BE REPAIRED AND THE SAME ITEM IS NOT AVAILABLE, YOU WILL RECEIVE A FULL REFUND. DAMAGED ITEMS MUST BE IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION. ITEMS THAT HAVE THE TAGS CUT OFF OR HAVE BEEN WORN, USED, OR WASHED WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. WE ACCEPT RETURNS WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY. RETURNS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY THE RAF YOU WERE ISSUED AND POSTMARKED WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY OR CLU WILL REFUSE THE RETURN. IF ANY PACKAGE IS SENT TO US WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION CLU RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE THE PACKAGE.

REFUNDS

·         AFTER CLU RECEIVES, PROCESSES AND CONFIRMS THAT YOUR RETURNED ITEM MEETS THE RETURN POLICY REQUIREMENTS, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN E-MAIL NOTIFYING YOU THAT YOUR REFUND HAS BEEN PROCESSED. REFUNDS ARE PROCESSED WITHIN APPROXIMATELY 3-5 WORKING DAYS OF OUR RECEIPT OF YOUR MERCHANDISE. YOUR REFUND WILL BE CREDITED BACK TO THE SAME CARD USED TO MAKE THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE. REFUND TIMES WILL DEPEND ON YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY'S POLICIES.

EXCHANGES

·         WE WILL GLADLY EXCHANGE REGULAR PRICED ITEMS THAT ARE IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION FOR ANOTHER SIZE. SALES ITEMS ARE NOT EXCHANGEABLE. ITEMS THAT HAVE THE TAGS CUT OFF OR HAVE BEEN WORN, USED, OR WASHED WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. CLU WILL ACCEPT EXCHANGES WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY. THE PACKAGE MUST BE POSTMARKED WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY OR CLU WILL REFUSE THE EXCHANGE. PLEASE SEND AN E-MAIL TO INFO@CLUUSA.COM TO CONFIRM THE AVAILABILITY OF YOUR DESIRED SIZE. AS SOON AS YOUR EXCHANGE IS ACCEPTED, THE DESIRED SIZE WILL BE SHIPPED OUT. IF ANY PACKAGE IS SENT TO US WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE THE PACKAGE.

SHIPPING

·         DOMESTIC SHIPPING: MINIMUM ORDER OF $200.00 TO QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING. ALL ORDERS WILL BE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED VIA USPS WITHIN 2 - 7 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIPT AND USUALLY TAKE BETWEEN 3 - 5 BUSINESS DAYS TO ARRIVE, DEPENDING ON LOCATION.

.          INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE TAKE SPECIAL NOTE THAT THE SHIPPING FEE DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY TAXES, DUTIES AND/OR VAT THAT MAY BE REQUIRED BY THE LAWS OF YOUR COUNTRY AND WHICH YOU MAY HAVE TO PAY YOUR GOVERNMENT DIRECTLY. THESE COSTS ARE SOLELY YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.

INSURANCE AND DELIVERY

·         CLU INSURES EACH PURCHASE DURING THE TIME IT IS IN TRANSIT UNTIL IT IS DELIVERED TO YOUR SPECIFIED DELIVERY ADDRESS. WE REQUIRE A SIGNATURE FOR ANY GOODS DELIVERED, AT WHICH POINT RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR PURCHASED GOODS PASSES TO YOU. IF YOU HAVE SPECIFIED A RECIPIENT WHO IS NOT YOU FOR DELIVERY PURPOSES (FOR EXAMPLE AS A GIFT) THEN YOU ACCEPT THAT EVIDENCE OF A SIGNATURE BY THEM (OR AT THAT DELIVERY ADDRESS) IS EVIDENCE OF DELIVERY AND FULFILMENT BY CLU, AND TRANSFER OF RESPONSIBILITY IN THE SAME WAY.

THE SIGNATURE CAN BE WAIVED FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS DISPATCHED VIA USPS. WHEN PLACING AN ORDER, THE SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT IS SET BY DEFAULT. PLEASE NOTE, THAT IF THE SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT IS WAIVED, YOU AGREE TO OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND CONFIRM THAT CLU CAN LEAVE YOUR PACKAGE(S) OUTSIDE THE PREMISES AT THE SHIPPING ADDRESS PROVIDED BY YOU WITHOUT OBTAINING A SIGNATURE FOR PROOF OF DELIVERY. YOU AUTHORIZE CLU TO LEAVE THE PACKAGE(S) AT THE SHIPPING ADDRESS WITHOUT OBTAINING A SIGNATURE AND RELEASE AND INDEMNIFY CLU FROM LIABILITY FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE THAT MAY RESULT FROM LEAVING THE PACKAGE(S) AT YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS WITHOUT OBTAINING A SIGNATURE.

SALE PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY

·         CLU IS HAPPY TO OFFER A SALE PRICE ADJUSTMENT ON ITEMS PURCHASED UP TO 7 DAYS PRIOR TO THE COMMENCEMENT DATE OF A SALE. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE EXACT STYLE AND SIZE OF AN ITEM MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE AT THE TIME YOUR REQUEST IS MADE BEFORE ANY ADJUSTMENT IN THE SALE PRICE CAN BE APPROVED. ALL APPROVED SALE PRICE ADJUSTMENTS WILL BE CREDITED TO YOUR CLU ACCOUNT IN THE FORM OF A STORE CREDIT WHICH WILL BE VALID FOR 12 MONTHS.

WE ARE UNABLE TO OFFER PRICE ADJUSTMENT ON ITEMS ORIGINALLY PURCHASED IN A SALE OR ON ANY SPECIAL PROMOTION ITEMS THAT ARE TEMPORARILY REDUCED IN PRICE. ONCE AN ITEM HAS BEEN PURCHASED AT A DISCOUNTED SALE PRICE, NO PRICE ADJUSTMENT WILL BE OFFERED SHOULD THE ITEM BE FURTHER MARKED-DOWN.
